Here is photo of me with one of my trophies from the past. Wish 20 years ago, I would have stuck with becoming a professional Poolplayer. I could have been a contender!
This trophy was won back in 1996 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. It was for the "City Cup" of the APA (American Poolplayer's Association) Tournament. By winning this tournament, I was given the opportunity for meeting the love of my life in Las Vegas, Nevada of all places! That is where my husband and I met. I was on a team from Louisiana and he was on a team from Michigan. It's wonderful how the Gods of love strike you when you least suspecting it!
We have been married over a decade and have two beautiful boys!
